Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Week 8 Review

Arms and abs. I love how strong my arms are compared to week 1, imagine I couldn't even do one push up!

Biked half an hour for cardio.

Abs and cardio. I actually don't mind cardio that much when it's in between other exercises, makes it less boring!

Walked half an hour for cardio.

Legs and cardio! Broad jump burpees and tuck jumps are so hard, I had to pause so many times to catch my breath.


Walking around and dancing at Pinkpop

Same as Saturday!

And that concludes week 8, I can't believe I've only got one month left! I'll be posting progress pictures with the next review (week 9). At the moment I'm at Pinkpop (a 3 day festival) so sorry I can't reply to any of your comments or emails. I'll be back on Tuesday.

    I've been doing tons of research on the Kayla Itsines Bikini Guide due to the fact it's an ebook so really it's a gamble to purchase it and it not be what you thought. Which makes me super happy about coming across your blog!:)

    Going into week 9- how effective would you say the program is? Was it worth the money you spent? Did you buy the food guide as well? I've been in debates on that one.

    1. I already replied to you on instagram, but in case some people have the same questions... I think the program is very effective! I've definitely seen improvements in my body, strength and endurance since I started :) I don't have the food guide so I can't tell you anything about that, sorry!
