Today I went to Primark to shop some summer clothes for my upcoming vacation and festival. Primarks collection varies a lot so I was worried they might not have a lot of clothes that matched my style/taste but luckily that wasn't the case! Let's take a look at my purchases, shall we?

€15

My favorite find from today, fake creepers! Really cheap compared to the real ones and I can't tell the difference.

€3,50

You really can't go to a festival without a flower crown, can you?

€3,50

A cute bag made for carrying your bikini.

€5
Loafers! I have wanted a pair since last summer but never found ones that fitted me right. These one are the first comfortable pair I've found!

€7

A cute monochrome jumpsuit.

€12

I fell in love with this Aztec maxi-dress the second I saw it! Finding a cute maxi-dress can be hard as a short girl but this one didn't make me feel like I was a gnome.

€7

Another Aztec print! Needless to say I'm a fan.

€9

A lace bikini cover-up, perfect for at the beach.

€12

Midi skirts. Before I tried this one on I was never too sure they would look right on anyone except models but I definitely changed my mind. The print is really cute and the cut makes my waist look really slim!

€6

I grabbed this tee as a joke but actually turned out liking it very much. Who can say no to ice-cream right?

€6

"More taste than money" aka story of my life.

€3

Only when I got home did I realize that the girl on this tank top looks a lot like Demi Lovato... I'm still not sure if it's her though.

€3

This shirt is so soft, I might have been petting it for the last ten minutes...

€2,50

A basic tank top.

€5

A basic oversized tee.

€13

I bought so many shorts, It's ridiculous... This one immediately caught my eye because of the lace detail.

€4

Aztec print again... But can you blame me? It's so bright and colorful!

€5

Blue printed shorts with silk like fabric.

€6

Daisy print! The perfect spring/summer print.

Saturday I received a package from my favorite store: H&M! I ordered some basic summer essentials that my closet still lacked, let's take a look shall we?

€9,95

No I didn't go crazy in photoshop, this is how vibrant these shorts really are! They're also really comfortable and look great with a summer tan.

€9,95

I finally found my ideal summer sandals! I wanted something in a neutral color that wasn't black, no toe sandal and preferably with a band around my ankle. It took me a while but luckily I found them.

€12,95

Crop tops and crocheted clothing are all the rage and this piece combines those two trends perfectly. This will look great over a brighty colored bikini top!

€4,95

Another light weight top, this one with a cute sea bass print.

€14,95

This is my fourth maxi-skirt so I think I can officially say they're my favorite clothing item at the moment. This one is dark blue and has a slit on the side.

Have you already bought your essential summer items? Or are you waiting for the last minute summer sales?

Yesterday our local drug store had a 50% percent discount on all make-up and nail polishes. I was almost out of mascara and eyeliner so I decided to restock and I also bought some other items that were on my wish list. Let's take a look shall we?

Everything together

Max Factor Fantasy Fire Nail-polish
€4,99

daylight

direct sunlight

flash

This nail polish looks best as a topcoat, here I used it over "38 vino tinto" by Catrice. It looks far better in person, it has a holographic look to it and the shimmer changes depending on the light.

all about matt! oil control make-up base
€3,29

This make-up base is great for people with oily skin. It keeps your face from getting shiny and makes your foundation stay in place. My face is pretty oily but with this base I'm shine free for at least four hours!

all-in-one CC cream by Essence
€3,99

This CC cream only comes in one color, which is a little too dark for my skin. Luckily when I blend it into my neck you can't really tell. It looks a little shiny on my hand but after applying powder it looks nice and matt.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in 120 Cutting Edge
€8,99

My obsession with dark lip colors started last fall but somehow I never found that perfect dark plum color. This lipstick comes pretty close to what I was looking for all that time! It's nice and dark but still wearable. It feels soft on your lips and doesn't dry them out. The lipstick lasts for about four hours.

Essence I Love Stage Eyeshadow base
€2,49

I've been using this eye shadow base for almost a year now, this is my third one! It looks a little orange when you first apply it but once you blend it and apply your eye shadow, you don't see a thing. This base keeps your eye shadow looking intense for about eight hours.

Catrice Allround Concealer
€3,59

Another all time favorite; this Catrice concealer palette. Although I only use the last 3 colors, I love this concealer because you can mix it to match your exact skin tone!

Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner
€8,99

This is the only liner I use, I can't make a nice line or wing with anything else! Most liquid liners dry out real quick but the last one I owned lasted for about five months!

 L'oreal Lash Architect Mascara
€14,99

I've been using this mascara for a few months now and I really love it. It gives my lashes length and keeps them curled all day long.

My naked eye.

My eye with L'oreal Lash Architect Mascara and Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner.

Not a lot of new products, but why replace products that still work fine? What is your recent favorite make-up purchase? Or your all-time favorite product that you keep re-buying?
