Monday
My legs were already pretty sore from my sunday run so this workout was a killer. Had a bit of trouble with the jump lunges, I need to work on my balance!

Tuesday
Took a 20 minute run through the forest, the weather was so nice!

Wednesday
Arms and abs! My arms are still pretty weak, especially the push ups are a challenge. Had to lower the reps on the commandos, they were so hard!

Tuesday
Went on a 30 minute bike ride instead of power walking.

Friday
Worked out from home today and had some trouble with the commandos again. Hope my arms will get stronger!

Saturday
Kingsday! Biked for about 50 minutes and spend half the day and most of the night on my feet.

Sunday
Rest day, stretching today!

Today I went to the Action with my mom. For those who don't know the Action, it's a versatile store where they sell everything from laundry detergent to accessories to all sorts of candy. It's also very cheap. I originally didn't plan on buying anything but then I came across some cute jewelry and kings day accessories.

€0,59
Some silly orange sunglasses for kings day!

€2,49
An orange tank top, also for kingsday.

3x €0,79
Some cute bracelets for stacking.

€0,79
A colorful, gold bangle set

€0,79
Some earrings with little hands at the end.

Like I said, ridiculously cheap! I will be posting my kings day outfit this Saturday, what are your plans for this national holiday?

This week I'm starting a new workout plan: the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide! It's a 12 week plan that will give you a toned bikini body. Or at least that's what she promises you. I'm going to review the guide for you, every week I'll be posting an update to show you guys how it's going. So this is week one! After 4 weeks I'll post a before and during picture to see if I have some visible results. My starting weight is 61 kilos (134 lbs).

Monday:
First work out is legs and cardio, I've been strength training for a few months now so I'd thought I would ease through these work outs. Boy was I wrong! I could barely finish the first circuit, I was so out of breath. When I finished the last circuit I felt like I had died (and looked like it). This guide is definitely going to kick my ass!

Tuesday:
Half an hour of power walking, nothing too exciting.

Wednesday:
I was dreading this work out the most, arms! My arms are very weak compared to the rest of my body, I could barely do the 15 pushups that started the first circuit! I somehow managed to finish it though and now I can't even lift my arms to pick something up.

Thursday:
Instead of powerwalking I biked 7 km.

Friday:
I didn't feel like going to the gym today, so I did my workout at home. I used a stool as a bench and some heavy books as weights! This workout was the easiest from the three in my opinion. It still had me sweating and out of breath though!

Saturday:
Decided to switch and take a rest day today instead of Sunday.

Sunday;
Went on a forty minute walk with mom through the forest. The weather was amazing!

This Tuesday I went to Primark (Hoofddorp) to look for some spring/summer clothes. I went during the day to avoid most of the crowdiness. Still, only an hour after opening, queues were already forming before the fitting rooms and checkouts. Luckily we were done before the serious congestion started. They had loads of spring/summer clothes and the shoe collection was so big I spent half an hour in that section alone! Luckily I only bought two pair, my shoe collection is starting to get a bit ridiculous. Let's take a look at my purchases, shall we?

Everything together!

€12
Blue/grey/white striped maxi skirt with tan belt.

€18,-
Kimono with flower print

€11
Black pair of skorts (shorts that look like a skirt)

€5
Black shorts with pink aztec print.

€6
Sporty black t- shirt with v-neck.

€5
White top with flower print.

€6
White crop top with flower print.

€6
White t-shirt wit rolled up sleeves and a cat.

€18
Black gladiator wedges.

€8
Tan flats with cutouts.

first €4
second €6
Two sport shorts.

€5
Beach bag

And all of that for just €110! I hope you see why I love Primark so much now. Did you already buy your summer essentials?

Wednesday I went to a special Bodyshop evening to get a free makeover and make-up advice. Unfortunately we were a little late so they couldn't give us the full makeover before they closed. They did however apply some nice eyeshadow and gave us coupons to come back another time. There was a special deal: if you bought €25 worth of products you'd get a free goodie bag! Now that's an offer I couldn't refuse.

After the shopping my friend and I went and got some delicious strawberry-banana smoothies!

I bought the Raspberry Body Butter and Shea Body Scrub myself and got the goodie bag for free!

          Early-Harvest Raspberry Body Butter
             €16,-

This body butter has a firm, buttery texture. It absorbs quickly into your skin and leaves it feeling nice and soft. It has a very sweet and fruity scent, but certainly not too sweet. It does remind me a bit of raspberry flavored candy. The scent lingers for a few hours.

Shea Body Scrub
€15,-

A mild scrub with sugar and salt. It exfoliates well and the oils leave your skin soft and smooth. The shea smells delicious and lingers even after your shower.

On to the goody bag! The total worth of this bag is €25,50!

                        Chocomania Body Scrub
                         €15,-

This scrub has a mousse like consistency. It is a milder scrub than the shea one, but still does the job.
The smell is amazing, because like the consistency, it is almost identical to chocolate mousse! Warning: even if you're probably dying to, do not eat! Unfortunately the scent does not linger.

                   Born Lippy Pot Passionberry
                    €3,50

This lip balm has a gel like consistency and leaves your lips soft and shiny. It has a subtle berry          tint to it. The smell is sweet yet fruity and lingers for quite some time.

Tester with Pink Grapefruit Body Butter

This body butter has a creamy texture and immediately absorbs into your skin. It has a light sweet                 smell with a hint of fresh grapefruit mixed into it. The smell lingers for a few hours.

           Vineyard Peach Shower Gel
       €7,-

This soap free shower gel has a gel like consistency and cleans your skin
without drying it out. The smell is pure peaches, fruity but sweet. It reminds me of
fresh peach iced tea! You only need a little product to
have your bathroom smell like a peach vineyard. The smell lingers for about an hour.

Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up Remover 60 ml
€12,- for 250 ml

This eye make-up remover has a very watery consistency. Be careful when you first open it! It does however remove eye make-up very well. Unfortunately it does not remove waterproof make-up so I probably won't be using it. It has a sweet and flowery scent that does not linger.

My favorite product from this haul is definitely the chocomania body scrub, I can't stop smelling it! My friend couldn't even resist tasting it, and unsurprisingly it tasted awful! Still the smell makes me crave all things chocolate, I'm certainly buying more once I finish this one. Do you have any of these products at home? Or is there another Bodshop product you can't live without? I'd like to hear your recommendations so leave them in the comments below!
