Monday
This week started with arms and abs, so hard! Especially the drop push ups were a challenge.
Tuesday:
Biked an hour for cardio.
Wednesday:
Abs and cardio. There's a lot of cardio this week, not sure if I'm loving it or hating it... Definitely gets my heart rate up!
Thursday:
Biked half an hour for cardio.
Friday:
Legs and cardio (again). Am I the only one having trouble with jump lunges? I can never do more than five in a row...
Saturday:
Hour long power walk for cardio.
Sunday:
Rest!
Sorry my review is one day late this week but I spend all of yesterday in Amsterdam attending a free concert by Passenger! It was amazing, really love his music. Today I'm starting week seven, which means I'm half way done with the guide!

I'm really enjoying this review series that you're doing! Has the program lived up to your expectations of it so far? What percentage of the workouts do you think could be done exclusively at home?

And yes, it certainly has :) I'v become more toned, have gone from not being able to one proper push up to doing several in a row even with variations and have gotten stronger and fitter overall. I do a lot of the work outs at home (about 80%), as long as you have something you can use as weights (books, waterbottles etc) and a bench you should be fine.

I was just wondering if you purchased a bundle kit or just the workout guide. I ate relatively healthy myself and don’t want to spend money on things that I might already know. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work! :)
Your welcome! I just bought the guide, I didn't have enough money to buy both. As long as you know what healthy and clean eating is, you'll do fine without it.
